Technical Implementation Specialist Client Deployment, System Configuration & Technical Support Remote (United States) Project-Based + Ongoing Support About EMOR AI EMOR AI builds AI-powered operational infrastructure that businesses own and operate permanently. Our systems span social media management, marketing automation, CRM, scheduling, and more — all deployed as dedicated instances under a perpetual license model. As we scale, we need technical specialists who can take a closed deal and turn it into a fully deployed, configured, and running system for the client. What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for the full technical deployment lifecycle — from initial environment setup through client handoff and ongoing support. This means configuring platforms, connecting integrations, setting up user accounts, testing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring clients are operational and confident in their new system. You are the bridge between the sale and the live product. Traditional CS background is not required. If you vibe code with AI tools and can ship working systems, we want to talk. Compensation Paid per deployment project with defined scope and deliverables Ongoing retainer opportunities for client support and maintenance Rate increases based on deployment volume and client satisfaction Potential for recurring revenue from long-term client relationships This role is designed for technical builders who want to be paid for shipping, not for sitting in meetings VS Code or Cursor (AI-assisted coding) Next.js / React / TypeScript Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage) Cloudflare R2 (media storage) Vercel (deployment & hosting) Git / GitHub (version control) REST APIs and third-party integrations Clerk (authentication) AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.) Responsibilities Deploy and configure EMOR AI systems for new clients (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare R2) Set up environments, databases, authentication (Clerk), and DNS/domain configuration Connect third-party integrations and APIs (Late.dev, social platform APIs, email, etc.) Configure platform settings, user permissions, and client-specific customizations Test all workflows end-to-end before client handoff Conduct client onboarding walkthroughs and provide initial training Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after deployment Document deployment processes and maintain internal knowledge base Scope timelines and communicate progress to project leads Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate technical expectations are set during the sales process What We're Looking For Can ship working code — with or without AI assistance Comfortable in a terminal, can navigate a codebase, and can debug independently Experience deploying web applications (Next.js/React preferred but not required) Familiarity with databases (SQL, Supabase, or similar) Detail-oriented — client-facing deployments need to be clean and reliable Strong problem-solver who can figure things out without hand-holding Good written communicator — you'll document processes and interact with clients Self-directed and comfortable managing your own time and deliverables Curious about AI tools and comfortable integrating them into your workflow Who This Is Not For People who need constant direction or structured daily management Those who are uncomfortable debugging issues independently Individuals who prefer only writing code and never interacting with clients People who require a traditional CS degree or credential-based hiring process Those who aren't comfortable working with AI coding tools Why EMOR AI Work with a modern stack — Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, AI tools Ship real products for real clients — not internal tools that never see daylight AI-first environment — AI coding tools are expected and encouraged, not frowned upon Direct access to founders and technical leadership Grow into a senior technical role or team lead as we scale Flexible, remote, and project-based — control your own workload We encourage all applicants to view the live product demo to understand the systems you'll be deploying.
