Job Responsibilities

• Develop Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and create personalized strategies to help them reach their occupational goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven methods to elevate patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and daily routines.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nurses to provide holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers on therapy practices to encourage continued progress outside of sessions.
• Track and Adjust Treatment Plans: Monitor clinical progress and modify therapy approaches as necessary to keep patients on track toward their goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Willingness to pursue further education or specialized certifications is supported and encouraged.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
