Branch ManagerKaeser Compressors, Inc. is one of the largest and most successful suppliers of industrial compressed air systems in the US. We have developed a detailed sales approach which provides our sales force with a proactive toolbox of customer focused techniques that showcase our expertise in system design and optimization. In addition, our reputation for quality and longevity leads to solid long term customer relationships.We are looking for a hard charging sales leader to be our Branch Manager for our fast growing facility in Portland, OR. We need a manager with the tactical and coaching skills to help us substantially increase our share of the southeastern US compressed air market. Obviously, previous experience in sales management and/or industrial sales is preferred.Primary Responsibilities:The selected candidate will:Supervise all branch; sales, administrative, and service personnel.Help to develop the overall plan for the growth of the branch.Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch.Supervise the organization to ensure its adherence to Kaeser's operational guidelines.Assist all other Kaeser departments in our organization to maintain a clear and customer focus experience for all.Required Qualifications:The successful candidate's background will include:HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred)3-5 years' management experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or industrial/manufacturing environment.The ability to develop new business while increasing existing businessExhibit strong leadership skills while motivating and providing mentorship to sales, service, and office staff.Clean driving record (required)Computer skills (required)SAP experience A PLUS!This is a salary position, with an annual range of $140,000-$180,000, to commensurate with experience.
