Radiation Therapist
Schedule - Start Date: ASAP - MondayFriday; choose 5x8s or 4x10s - Shift Options: - 8-hour shifts: 07:0015:00 or 14:0022:00 - 10-hour shift: 07:0017:00 - No weekends, no call
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapist experience - Epic electronic charting experience required - Required certifications: ARRT (Therapist), BLS - Core competencies preferred: - External beam therapy, IMRT - CT simulation and image-guided therapy (CBCT) - Familiarity with Elekta systems and Mosaiq charting workflow - Radiation safety and patient/family teaching
Roles & Responsibilities - Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the radiation oncologist. - Monitor patients for reactions and provide education on treatment procedures. - Ensure quality assurance in the delivery of radiation therapy. - Operate radiation therapy equipment safely and effectively. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
