Currently interviewing for pm Line Cooks for the British Bankers Club in downtown Menlo Park. The British Banker's Club is a contemporary tavern with oyster bar, patio dining, private dining, and roof top bar and seating. The menu consists of an oyster and seafood bar, prime meats, craft cocktails, a diverse spirits menu with specialty whiskies and scotches, and complementary wine list.

In particular we are searching for working Chefs with a passion for what they do and opportunity to grow.

Candidates should have:

• Minimum of 2 years cooking experience
• Certification, AOS or equivalent in culinary a plus
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Authorized to work in the United States

· Ability to maneuver around all areas of the kitchen, stand for periods for up to 10 hours, work in close quarters, bend, scoop, reach, push and pull, and lift trays up to 25 lbs., and lift other food products and boxes up to 50 lbs

Restaurants From Scratch is a small independent restaurant company in Palo Alto consisting of The Palo Alto Creamery with in house bakery, Reposado serving Mexican Cuisine, Scratch serving American fare in Mountain View, and now the British Banker's Club in Menlo Park. At Restaurants From Scratch, we are known for serving some of the best food and service in the San Francisco Bay Area.
