Bring your ambition to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.**Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.**As a Staff Attorney on the Legal team, a typical day for you will include:* Perform legal matters as designated by your supervising attorney to support the brands, departments, and corporate locations of Neighborly.* Gain the legal experience, knowledge, and expertise to support Neighborly on a day-to-day basis, in various areas of the law to include, but not limited to franchise law, intellectual property law, contract law, employment law, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and so much more.* Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and licensing arrangements.* Support corporate governance activities, including entity formation, maintenance, and dissolution, preparation of resolutions, minutes, and governance documentation.* Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and communicate implications to stakeholders.**Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.***(Required qualifications)** **Experience:** + Open to new graduates.
