What You’ll Do in This Role:

• Assist in organizing and running daily activities that keep residents engaged
• Help residents participate in group programs, events, and social opportunities
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and positive environment
• Follow safety guidelines to support resident well-being
• Provide support with event setup, participation tracking, and general needs

What You’ll Bring:

• Must be 18 years or older
• No prior experience needed—we’ll provide training
• A friendly personality and a passion for interacting with others
• Experience in hospitality, childcare, or healthcare is helpful but optional
