Location: Charleston, SC

Pay Rate: $26.18/hr, W 2

Summary:

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Work Mode: Onsite, 5 days per week at our Charleston, SC office

8:30-5pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

Perform bookkeeping work in an accounting department, including posting data or keeping other records concerning costs of goods or services or the shipment of goods.

Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.

Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.

Provide temporary administrative support covering PO processing, phones, project setup, submittals, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.

Prior QuickBooks experience is highly preferred.

QuickBooks experience

General administrative skills

Procurement experience
