Accounting Clerk
Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a 6 month contract opportunity located in Charleston, SC. This role fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping work in an accounting department, including posting data or keeping other records concerning costs of goods or services or the shipment of goods.
- Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
- Cover PO processing, phones, project setup, submittals, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Prior Quick Books experience is highly preferred
- Procurement experience is preferred
Pay Rate- $24.67- $25.55/hour
