The Food Runner/Expo at the Princess Anne Country Club plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our members and guests. This position is responsible for delivering food from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately, while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.

The Food Runner/Expo also oversees the organization and cleanliness of the expo line, manages order tickets with precision, and serves as a key point of communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders to members and guests promptly and accurately
• Ensure all plates meet presentation and quality standards before leaving the kitchen
• Organize and manage order tickets to maintain proper flow of service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and service areas
• Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen staff and service team
• Assist servers by providing support during peak service times
• Verify orders for accuracy, including special requests and dietary needs
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Uphold the Club's service standards to ensure a positive dining experience

Required Qualifications:

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous food service or hospitality experience

• Ability to work fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
