Sr. Manager, Lung Portfolio Marketing

Senior Manager position leading marketing strategies for Pfizer's lung cancer portfolio, including LORBRENA, BRAFTOVI/MEKTOVI, and XALKORI. Responsibilities encompass healthcare provider and patient strategy development, congress planning, speaker program management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop HCP and patient strategies with brand leads to drive portfolio growth
• Lead congress planning and execution as US lead for regional, national, and global events
• Identify, develop, and manage Lung Speaker Bureau with program training and execution
• Manage co-pay and voucher programs; oversee promotional inventory and compliance
• Measure marketing initiative impact, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience; 5+ years with MBA/MS
• Prior US/global marketing experience or advanced lung cancer landscape knowledge preferred
• Demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from clinical data and market research
• Strong leadership and cross-functional influence skills with senior stakeholders
• External agency and vendor management experience with budget oversight
• Oncology, specialty, or rare disease marketing background preferred

Compensation: $124,400-$207,400 base salary plus 17.5% bonus target and long-term incentive eligibility
