The Role: A growing digital marketing team is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns that generate qualified pipeline. Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Lead, this hands‑on role focuses on building targeted, data-driven campaigns across multiple advertising platforms while continually improving lead quality and campaign performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career B2B performance marketer looking to expand their expertise and develop into a channel owner within a high-growth environment. Responsibilities: Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. Support account-based marketing initiatives targeting key decision-makers. Translate ideal customer profiles into precise audience targeting and campaign structures. Assist with paid campaign testing across Meta, TikTok, and Reddit. Monitor campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and conversion data to identify optimisation opportunities. Maintain accurate tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager and CRM platforms. Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, messaging, and creative assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead generation and marketing performance. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or a digital agency. Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or Google Ads. Exposure to Meta, TikTok, or Reddit Ads is considered an asset. Understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and paid acquisition strategies. Comfortable analysing campaign data and translating insights into actionable improvements. Familiarity with marketing metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and customer acquisition costs. Experience with Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar marketing technology is beneficial. Highly organised with excellent communication and time management skills.
