divh2Assembly Operator/h2pCardinal Staffing is interviewing for a production facility in Holly, MI for an Assembly Operator performing production work to assemble or fabricate a product or sub-assembly in accordance with team production goals./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliEnsures product/process quality and efficiency through inspection and continuous improvement activities./liliMaintains procedures to provide compliance with quality standards for assigned area./liliPerforms basic preventative maintenance and routine product changeover setups./liliMaintains material movement systems and completes proper paperwork and documentation./liliParticipates in annual planning process, understanding plant objectives and identifying improvements to help attain goals./liliPerforms other duties as necessary in support of team objectives./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh school diploma; or equivalent./liliPreferred 1+ year(s) experience in a manufacturing environment./liliExperience in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities./liliMust be able to interact effectively with other team members./liliDemonstrated ability to operate within production and quality standards; including being able to operate/utilize all job-related equipment. Equipment may include hand cart, hand tools, production machinery and other related equipment and tools./liliDemonstrated good attendance, safety, and performance record./liliProven experience working with cross functional teams to complete daily tasks and projects./liliEffective communication skills to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other employees./liliKnowledge/experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)/liliStrong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise./li/ulpPay: $17/hour; 2nd and 3rd shift receive an additional $0.60/hr shift premium./ph3Shifts:/h3p1st Monday-Friday/pulli6:30am-2:30pm/lili7:00am-3:00pm/li/ulp2nd Monday-Friday/pulli2:30pm-10:30pm/lili3:00pm-11:00pm/li/ulp3rd Monday-Friday/pulli10:30pm-6:30am/lili11:00pm-7:00am/li/ulpWeekends as needed for all shifts./ppAbout Cardinal Staffing: Cardinal Staffing also follows all applicable state and local laws regarding sick time, paid time off, and retirement savings programs.
