About the role: As an Invoicing Customer Service Coordinator for TQL, you will be responsible for processing payments and billing customers. You will be trained to specialize in invoicing, payment processing, billing audits, payment resolution, and customer-specific billing processes. You will play a vital role in TQL's continued success, ensuring smooth billing and payment operations, while helping maintain our trust with customers and transportation partners.
