OB / GYN Locum Tenens Physician
Healthcare Partner Associates
External Position Overview One of our Partners in North Carolina is seeking an OB/GYN physician for a high-paying locum opportunity with a structured clinic + pager call + callback model . This role offers:
- Strong hourly clinic pay + guaranteed call rate
- Additional upside through callback
- Flexible 7-on / 7-off scheduling
- Balanced OB + GYN case mix
- $230 / Hr.
- Top 10-15% compensation (2026 market data)
- Structured pay model (clinic + call + callback)
- Balanced OB + GYN practice
- ~360 deliveries annually (manageable volume)
- No trauma designation (lower acuity)
- Athena EMR
- HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission-certified agency
- Active member of NALTO
- Travel and lodging supported
- Malpractice insurance provided
- Provide outpatient OB/GYN care (~10 patients/day)
- Manage labor & delivery patients
- Perform vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Provide call coverage for unassigned patients
- Perform gynecologic procedures and surgical cases
- Document care in Athena EMR
