Customer Service Training Coordinator

: AMSOIL INC. has an exciting opportunity as a Training Coordinator in our customer service department. In this role, you will promote the company's vision, mission, service standards, and commitment to continuously improve the customer service department. This includes coordinating employee training, evaluating quality of customer interactions, and developing training materials. This position is based out of our AMSOIL center located in Superior, Wisconsin. Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, delivering, and maintaining training materials
• Provide coaching and deliver feedback to customer service representatives
• Mentor newly hired customer service representatives to ensure a smooth transition from the learning/training environment to daily operation
• Review quality of inbound and outbound phone calls by auditing and observing performance, techniques, and application of guidelines and procedures
• Communicate positive and negative performance trends and present recommendations to Manager

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in customer service
• Experience monitoring calls and providing feedback
• Ability to communicate effectively, courteously, and professionally with others in person and over the phone
• Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working in a call center environment
• Experience with training and coaching others
• At least 1 year of experience in an AMSOIL customer service position
