Desired qualifications and experience:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California licensure (or eligibility)
• Proven experience working with a diverse K-12 population preferred
• Understanding of school-based PT services, IEP processes, and documentation requirements
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Primary responsibilities:

• Evaluate students' motor skills and functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students in a school-based environment
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapy professionals to foster student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing assessments, progress updates, and goal-setting expertise
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state standards
