Experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Fort Worth, TX Texas Health Physicians Group is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with a senior primary care physician and deliver comprehensive family care in Fort Worth, TX . Responsibilities Provide family-focused primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive services. Collaborate with the supervising physician, medical director, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. Maintain current RN license (State of Texas) and meet continuing medical education (CME) requirements for licensure and certification. Adhere to institutional policies, quality standards, and best practices in patient care. Qualifications Texas licensed (RN) and board certified. Graduate of an accredited Advanced Nursing Program and current RN license for the State of Texas. Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas.
