Job Title: Neurodiagnostic Technician
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: Edison, NJ 08818
Schedule: Day Shift (5x8 Hours) | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
A healthcare organization is seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technician to perform a variety of standard and advanced neurodiagnostic procedures. The ideal candidate will work with moderate supervision and contribute to patient care, departmental operations, and training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and complex neurodiagnostic procedures in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor and evaluate patients during EEG procedures
- Provide technical guidance and training to students and junior staff
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all patient procedures
- Support departmental goals, including initiatives related to the Neurodiagnostic Lab and Epilepsy Unit
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Minimum 1 year of Neurodiagnostic/EEG experience
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings required
- ABRET Certification (EEG) required
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers required
