Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: West Chester, PA (Onsite 5 Days/Week)

Shift: 1st Shift

Schedule: 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch) or 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for technical and professional positions.
• Source qualified candidates using online recruiting tools, social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
• Provide candidates with accurate information about the company, client, and available opportunities.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and candidate records.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, negotiations, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of Technical, Engineering, IT, Programming, and Professional candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

• Prior experience recruiting for Technical and IT positions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in VMS environments.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience recruiting for nationwide, multi-location positions.
• Proficiency in internet sourcing, social media recruiting, and online talent databases.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and procedures.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in full-cycle Technical Recruiting is required.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering, IT, Programming, and Professional roles is highly preferred.
• Experience using ATS and VMS platforms is required.
