Accounts Receivable Specialist

PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team of a family run wholesale distribution company based in Exton, PA. This is a direct hire opportunity where you can be part of the team from the start.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm Salary: $50,000 to 55,000/year

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description Include:

• Daily invoicing of company sales
• Daily check deposits
• Daily review of aging reports and contact with customers that have past due balances
• Provide customer service regarding payments issues, refunds and collection resolutions
• Process and review account adjustments, resolve account discrepancies and short payments
• Submit collection notices and payment reminders to customers with overdue accounts

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills via phone and email
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortability in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to problem solve independently and works well in a team setting
