As an Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving volume growth across tier 2 and 3 distribution and operator accounts. You'll balance relationship management with new business developmentbringing forward creative, customer-aligned solutions that deliver results.

• Build and grow relationships with operators, regional chains, and distributors
• Expand market penetration while maintaining and growing existing accounts
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, promotions, and product initiatives
• Manage a strong pipeline and advance opportunities using CRM tools
• Deliver engaging sales training on pork category expertise
• Coach Distributor Sales Representatives through ride-alongs and training sessions
• Represent Clemens at food shows, customer meetings, and industry events

13 years of foodservice sales or distribution experience

Strong ability to develop new business and close opportunities

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a fast-paced territory

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Culinary experience (a plus)

Valid driver's license and ability to travel ~75%
