Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
- Lead general ledger cleanup, reconciliations, and journal entries across multiple accounts as a Senior Accountant
- Perform intensive bank reconciliations, including check consolidation and issue resolution
- Clean, validate, and optimize ERP data for accurate financial reporting
- Analyze discrepancies across AR, AP, payroll, and cash activity
- Manage credit card allocations (20+ accounts) and expense classification
- Support LM2 reporting and improve manual accounting processes as a Senior Accountant
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- Previous experience as a Senior Accountant or similar accounting role
- Strong GL, reconciliations, and journal entry expertise
- Experience working within complex ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large dataset analysis)
