PA Or Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Pain Management

Location: Blue Springs, MO

Full time/Day shifts

Pay: upto $110,000/year DOE

Schedule (Full-Time): Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced PA or NP for our Blue Springs, MO clinic. This is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and coordinate services including PT, chiropractic, injections, and DME

Administer/assist with joint injections, peripheral nerve blocks, SI injections, PRP, and Botox migraine protocols

Fluoroscopic & ultrasound-guided procedure training provided

Interpret diagnostic imaging as needed

Educate patients and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

Active Missouri PA license or NP license

1-3 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in outpatient care, injections, or orthopedics

Experience with joint and intramuscular injections

Strong orthopedic knowledge; outpatient/surgical experience helpful

Workers' compensation familiarity is a plus

Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-education skills

Compensation & Benefits

$85,000 - $110,000/year Core pays 50% of health insurance premiums
