Shift Lead: Service & Team Coach

Cajun Funding Corp

Church's Chicken is seeking a shift leader to guide Team Members on shifts, coaching and developing staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Compliance with Cajun Operating Company policies and procedures is required.

The role emphasizes coaching, training and ensuring accurate cash handling, proper POS use, and adherence to food safety practices, with responsibility for opening/closing duties and shift supervision.
