Role Description The Facilities Associate will support day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Responsibilities include maintenance and repair, observing workplace safety standards, responding promptly to facility-related concerns, and collaborating with teams to provide exceptional customer service. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Facility Management and Facilities Operations experience, including knowledge of processes and systems to maintain workspace functionality and safety Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, with the ability to address technical issues swiftly and efficiently Attention to detail and an understanding of workplace safety standards and protocols Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using facility management software or tools is an advantage Prior experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in facility management or maintenance are a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
