Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health Location: Vero Beach, FL (and surrounding areas). Job Title Registered Nurses (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Job Overview We provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. Positions are available full‑time or part‑time, with day, night, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities Focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care as directed by the physician. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care.
