FACILITIES SUPERVISOR

Operations Management, Souderton, Pennsylvania

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1-2 years' background experience in facilities maintenance. Knowledge of proper sanitation in a food production environment. Communication skills. Ability to motivate workers. Bilingual important, but not mandatory as long as translators are in line area. Able to work evenings, nights and weekends as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Insure the common areas of the facility is clean and sanitary including but not limited to bathrooms, locker rooms, cafeteria, hallways. Supervise all hourly employees in Laundry department. Responsible for the safety and motivation of all employees supervised. Insure that all laundry items are clean and sanitary, and properly distributed to production team members. Work with vendor to insure that all laundry items are in stock and sanitary to meet production needs. Insure area is properly staffed to meet production needs. Abel to work interdepartmentally in a positive and professional manner. Maintain department budget and excess hours of hourly employees. Understand and adhere to all union regulations in regard to hourly employees. Run line meetings once a month for hourly employees in responsible areas. Responsible for administering follow-up training on all personnel in areas of responsibility. Directly for ensuring all hourly employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
