Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting. Basic knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities. Ability to pass background checks and meet state childcare licensing requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Certification in CPR and First Aid. Formal training or coursework in early childhood education. Experience working with children of multiple age groups. Ability to adapt quickly to changing classroom environments and needs. Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations. Responsibilities Provide supervision and care for children across various classrooms, adapting to different age groups and developmental stages. Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, including educational lessons, playtime, meals, and rest periods. Support the implementation of daily schedules and routines to ensure consistency and structure for children.
