Lantern Community Services seeks an experienced Shift Supervisor for a single male adult shelter in Far Rockaway, Queens. This role manages daily shelter operations during shifts and supervises Residential Aides, coordinating with Social Services, Maintenance, and Security to deliver safe, wraparound support.
