Claims Enrollment Specialist

Great organizations are made of great people. We’re looking to fill a Claims Enrollment Specialist role on our growing team. This is a full‑time position. The primary responsibility is managing the enrollment process that allows our clients to submit and receive claim information via our clearinghouse (Change Healthcare). Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and track onboarding and enrollment paperwork for clients with our clearinghouse Verify payer and clearinghouse enrollment requirements and ensure compliance with each provider’s process Communicate with clearinghouse and clients to resolve missing or incorrect information Maintain accurate records of enrollment status, timelines, and communications in internal systems Coordinate with internal teams (such as Implementation, Billing, and Client Success) to ensure a seamless onboarding and claims submission experience Assist in developing and improving enrollment procedures and documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, required 1-3 years of experience in Client Success, Support, or other client‑facing position Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; you enjoy tracking and following up on multiple moving pieces Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with all levels of org chart Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems, as well as Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite and all Microsoft Office Applications Bonus: experience with healthcare enrollment, claims processing, or revenue cycle software About WeInfuse WeInfuse is an established healthcare SaaS company with offices in Dallas and Austin.
