What You'll Do Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements. Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures. Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools. What You'll Bring Prior automotive repair experience, required. We are looking for technicians who consistently flag over 100 hours per pay period. ASE and manufacturer certification is not required. A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Veterans encouraged to apply.
