Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming materials against packing slips.
- Systematically enter receipts and updates into Oracle software.
- Stage materials on shelves using printed Move Orders.
- Transfer materials from the warehouse to technician's vehicles.
- Perform and enter cycle counts and manual inventories.
- Communicate with various departments via email.
- Review and rectify inventory order/receiving reports.
- Collaborate with vendors for material order status.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Experience with computers and ability to learn new programs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work-related travel.
Preferences
- Experience with Oracle software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- One year of experience in inventory control.
