You’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience by providing attentive service, local knowledge, and genuine hospitality from the moment guests arrive.If you enjoy meeting new people, helping others, and working in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, this could be the opportunity for you!What You’ll DoDeliver Exceptional Guest ServiceGreet all guests with a warm smile and welcoming attitude.Consistently provide attentive, friendly, and efficient guest service.Practice aggressive hospitality by anticipating guest needs and looking for opportunities to go above and beyond.Address guests by their last name whenever appropriate and when known.Open and hold doors for all guests entering and exiting the hotel.Assist guests with luggage, directions, transportation, and other reasonable requests.Maintain a pleasant, professional, and helpful demeanor at all times.Remain calm, accurate, and composed while working in a fast-paced environment.Be a Local ExpertMaintain strong knowledge of the Atlanta area, including local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and points of interest.Provide accurate directions and recommendations to guests.Maintain knowledge of the hotel’s layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, parking information, and guest facilities.Be familiar with major attractions and frequently requested destinations throughout Atlanta.Assist guests with transportation to off-site locations using only approved taxi, limousine, and transportation services.Represent AAA Parking & Loews Atlanta ProfessionallyMaintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance in accordance with AAA Parking standards.Consistently represent both AAA Parking and Loews Atlanta with professionalism and courtesy.Maintain cleanliness and order in the guest services and entrance areas.Post in the appropriate guest service area when not actively completing other duties.Remain visible, approachable, and ready to assist guests throughout the shift.Communicate effectively with hotel staff, transportation providers, and fellow AAA Parking team members.Be a Team PlayerWork closely with hotel staff to coordinate a smooth and welcoming guest arrival and departure experience.Support fellow team members during busy periods, special events, and peak arrival and departure times.Communicate important guest requests and information to the appropriate hotel departments.Perform other guest-service duties as assigned by management.The AAA’s of ServiceAt AAA Parking, exceptional service starts with three simple principles:Attitude – Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.Appearance – Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the high standards of AAA Parking and our valued hotel partners.Assistance – Look for opportunities to help.
