The harder you work, the more money you will make!What We DoWe provide lawn care and pest control services to residential and commercial customers.Our technicians apply weed control products and fertilizers to keep our clients' lawns healthy and weed-free. They also perform pest control services to prevent insects from getting into our clients' homes.What You'll DoVisually inspect and treat lawns for weedsOperate equipment to apply fertilizers and pesticidesMaintain good customer relationshipsMaintain chemical records according to state requirementsParticipate in team meetingsComplete certification and continuing education requirementsThoroughly explain to the customer the expectations for services and proceduresKeep our equipment and vehicles clean and in good working conditionRequirementsHonest, reliable and dependableC03 and C07 certified with the state of TN- you do not have to be certified to applyValid driver's license and clean driving recordAble to walk customer property while carrying or pushing equipment weighing over 70 lbs. for long periods of time in hot or cold temperaturesShow up to work on time and ready to work every day that you are scheduledFast learnerSelf-confidentProfessionalFriendlyExcellent customer service skillsDetail oriented and self motivatedWillingness and ability to work flexible hoursHours: You can expect to work between 30 to 50 hours per week. Monday thru Friday some Saturdays are requiredPay Scale: The sky is the limit! The more you do, the more you will make! For people with no experience we start at $15/hour. Once certified in C03 and C07, you will be paid $18/hour and when you get your own route, you will be paid a percentage of the work you get done.
