Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Answer all customer phone calls regarding new orders, revisions, and delivery.

• Review and acknowledge all terms of orders to the customer.

• Purchase Order is contingent on the ability to fulfill requirements. This review does not include financial term negotiation. Acknowledge conflicts in requested delivery dates to the customer.

• Enter and maintain all order information in the MRP and SAP systems.

• Track down the status of present orders and releases when requested by a customer.

• Expedite and coordinate orders through scheduling and purchasing, as necessary.

• Inform Quality and Scheduling of all customer issues.

• Communicate and verify all order revisions to scheduling and purchasing.

• Other projects and tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

• Three to five years of experience in a Customer Service/support role in a consumer services department within a consumer products goods manufacturer.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Good organizational skills.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, Access, Email, Systems (AS400, SAP, ERP’s).

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Works well with minimal supervision and is motivated to excel.

• Detail-oriented, exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills, ability to work well independently from onset to completion of a project and as an active member of a team.

• Must work well under pressure.

• Basic math skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure and compute rates, ratios, percentages, and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, costs, proportions, and volumes.
