Key Responsibilities:
CRS will be responsible for maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and services, promoting customer relations by consistently providing exceptional customer service. Initiate sales and be capable of effectively cross-selling products and services to customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Reps in Safety Product Industry
• Answers Customer Phone Calls
• Processes Sales Orders
• PO Requests
• RMA’s
• UPS World-ship
• Follows Up on Customer Orders
• Ensuring Product Is Ordered, Shipped and Delivered
• Resolves Customer Problems
• Internet Sales Processing
• Research with Vendors to Find Non-Stock Products
• Contact Customer to Process Sales Orders
• Administrative/Accounting -- As Required and Needed

Educational Requirements:

• High School Graduate/GED AA (2yr) BS/BA Preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Working in an office Environment

Special Skills:

• Address customer challenges with professionalism, answering customer questions and investigating & correcting errors.
• Ability to present a professional image and communicate with the public, co-workers, management, customers and others in a courteous, positive and professional manner.
• Preferred candidates will have enthusiasm, show strength in understanding the needs of the customer and be able to solve complex problems.
• The ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision making. Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to interact in a positive manner with co-workers and management.
• Must have the ability to demonstrate a sales initiative.
• Assist Branch Managers in researching any unusual inventory transactions within their
  accounts

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• The working environment consists of an office workspace which is conditioned but may encounter various degrees of heat, light and dust.
• Must be able to sit and work within an office environment for majority of the workday. May infrequently lift, up to 10 pounds. Will need to reach and bend to access files with reasonable accommodation.
• Must have the manual dexterity to use a computer keyboard and phone.

Work Hours:

• 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday
