Construction Manager

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to oversee mobile home renovation and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong project management, budgeting, and construction experience.

Construction Manager Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 38.46 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and project timelines
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and project documentation
• Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders
• Manage project closeouts, warranties, and final inspections

Construction Manager Qualifications:

• Construction management experience required
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovation
• Experience managing budgets and project schedules
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of OSHA standards and safety compliance
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
