Med-Metrix seeks a Director, Technology Implementations - Workflow to lead the end-to-end implementation of the collections workflow platform in a healthcare setting. You will guide product enhancements, manage a team of consultants, and drive continuous improvement across onboarding, support, and adoption processes. You will work between Product, Analytics, Data, Operations, Client Delivery, and Support to ensure measurable client outcomes and successful go-live with robust data integration and #J-18808-Ljbffr Med-Metrix
