Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring scaler for a leading dessert production company in Le Center, MN. In this role, youll help ensure accurate ingredient measurements and maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Prepare and operate scaling equipment

Weigh ingredients according to formulas and work lists

Ensure accurate weights are deposited

Work on the depositing line as needed

Verify metal detection equipment is functioning properly before and during production runs

Perform metal checks every 15 minutes

Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment

High School Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience

6+ months of related experience

Excellent math skills

Ability to learn company methods and standards and apply them to daily duties

Strong communication skills to maintain proper production flow

Familiarity with factory safety, quality, and GMP policies
