UniversaCare is seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking female Home Health Aide to provide hands-on personal care for a private client in White Plains, NY . This is a weekend, live-out position for a caregiver who is comfortable with bedbound care and transfers .
Shift Details
- Saturday & Sunday
- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM OR 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 6 hours per day
- Start Date: 1/3/25
Pay
- $19 - $25 / hour
- Private Pay
- Consistent weekend shifts
Care Duties
- Bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Hands-on assistance with transfers and mobility
- Medication reminders
- Meal planning and preparation
- Laundry and bed linen changes (hospital bed sheets both days)
- Light housekeeping
- Overall monitoring of well-being
Caregiver Requirements
- Female caregiver preferred
- Fluent Spanish required
- Experience with bedbound clients
- Comfortable with hands-on care and mobility assistance
- Reliable, attentive, and compassionate
