Summary Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience by building lasting client relationships, representing the brand with professionalism, and meeting commercial targets. Focus on clienteling and repeat business through personalized appointments and elevated in-store service. The role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours and proficiency with POS and client tracking systems. Responsibilities Embody the brand in every client interaction and elevate the in-store experience. Develop and cultivate client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets. Capture and maintain client data and leverage clienteling to grow outreach business. Convert clients through curiosity, discovery, and personalized styling during appointments. Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices and act on client feedback. Requirements Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results. Ability to connect with clients, build rapport, and deliver memorable service moments. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays and authorization to work in the United States.
