ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate for Dalila Namy State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to follow-up on leads.
• Help customers purchase products that meet their needs.
• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual - Spanish (required)
• Willingness to learn and apply a sales focus with a needs-based approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Candidates must be able to work in-person at our office location; remote work is not available for this role.

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
