Help Desk SupportLocation: Daytona Beach, Florida (Onsite)Duration: 6 Month Contract with Potential for HireRole OverviewWe are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role involves supporting employees through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person assistance, while troubleshooting a range of hardware, software, and access-related issues. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is technically capable, security-conscious, and comfortable taking ownership of issues from initial contact through resolution or escalation. This individual should be personable and learn quickly in a close-knit team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone calls, email, self-service requests, and the ticketing platform.Troubleshoot Windows 10, Windows 11, and macOS environments, including PCs and MacBooks.Support Microsoft applications, including Office 365, printers, and other workplace technologies.Assist with new computer and mobile device (iPhone/Android) setups, account unlocks, and password resets.Provide occasional desk-side support to employees in the Daytona Beach office.Respond to support requests from general employees and VIP users.Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately in the ServiceNow ticketing system.Escalate ERP and business-application issues to the appropriate application support team.Adhere to information security policies and use sound judgment when working with elevated administrative permissions.Assist with a data migration project, including managing user accounts and resolving post-migration issues related to Outlook and OneDrive.Required QualificationsThree or more years of experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 service desk, help desk, or desktop support role.Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11.Familiarity with macOS and Apple devices; professional or personal experience is acceptable.Experience using a ticketing or incident-management system.Experience supporting Office 365 products.Knowledge of information security practices, including password protection and phishing awareness.Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work onsite in Daytona Beach during the initial onboarding period.Availability for the 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. shift.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ServiceNow.Experience supporting users in a large enterprise environment.Experience providing executive or VIP technical support.Familiarity with both remote and hands-on desktop support.Additional technical education or certifications.Work EnvironmentThis role will begin with a requirement to be onsite five days per week in Daytona Beach to facilitate training and team integration. Following a successful onboarding period and demonstrated ability to work independently, a hybrid schedule may become available.
