This role is heavily focused on workflow automation in the HR space, application development, and API-based integrations, delivering platform enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience. The ideal candidate brings strong JavaScript skills and hands-on experience building scalable ServiceNow solutions that integrate cleanly with enterprise systems.Required Skills5+ years of ServiceNow development experience. Strong proficiency with JavaScript and the ServiceNow Glide API. Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer solutions. Experience building REST and SOAP integrations. Knowledge of HRSD and ITSM processes. Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub and MID Server technologies. Experience working within Agile development environments. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capability. Ability to produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer. Nice to Have SkillsServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). Experience with Employee Center and Service Portal development. Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure, Active Directory, Snowflake, SAP, or other enterprise platforms. Experience with Git, DevOps practices, and automated deployment pipelines. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
