Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Location: 2150 Pennsylvania Avenue Washington DC USA 20005
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5×8-hour shifts
Position Summary"
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the HR team within a healthcare environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees, applicants, visitors, and third-party vendors while supporting HR processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable employment regulations.
The HR Coordinator will also assist with special projects, reporting, scheduling, employee access management, and day-to-day HR administrative functions.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Business Administration
- Human Resources
- Healthcare-related field
- Degree must be from an accredited educational institution.
Required Experience:
- 1–3 years of Human Resources experience
- Healthcare HR experience is preferred.
