Suncrest Hospice seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate in-home and facility-based care to a defined patient group. You will participate in the interdisciplinary team, perform psychosocial assessments, and coordinate care with families and other professionals. Responsibilities include weekend coverage from 8:00 to 20:00, documenting visits in the EMR system, and ensuring adherence to hospice regulations while maintaining high-quality patient experiences across service areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr Suncrest Hospice
