Director of Enterprise Slate CRM

Leading the strategy and delivery of BU's Slate CRM portfolio, the full-time Director of Enterprise Slate CRM will manage platform health, integrations, and team development while engaging in hands-on architectural and design work, with the position being remote-eligible. Key responsibilities Own the Slate roadmap, prioritization, and platform health across multiple programs and use cases Provide architectural leadership across Slate data models, workflows, automations, and configurations Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Slate administrators and engineers while maintaining hands-on involvement with platform initiatives Required qualifications 8+ years of progressive experience in CRM platform delivery Hands-on experience with Slate CRM or Salesforce CRM in a configuration, engineering, or architecture capacity Experience leading a CRM team while remaining personally hands-on with platform work Experience integrating CRM platforms with enterprise systems such as SIS, identity, marketing, or analytics Active use of AI tools in day-to-day platform, integration, or analysis work
