What You'll Own Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical/electronic systems — including PLCs (input/output diagnostics), drives, and power supplies up to 480V Diagnose and correct failures in production equipment with minimal downtime, working independently once trained Plan and execute maintenance work applying knowledge of mechanical and electrical theory, the National Electrical Code, and equipment operating principles Install, start up, and shut down equipment in full compliance with OSHA and site safety procedures Operate the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to manage work orders, log repairs, and track equipment history Execute preventive maintenance on a defined schedule and maintain accurate performance records Move between two facilities located approximately 10 minutes apart — reliable personal transportation required What Success Looks Like At 30 days: Oriented to both facilities, trained on first shift alongside experienced technicians, building familiarity with the equipment and the CMMS. At 60–90 days: Running your shift independently — the only technician on the floor, making real‑time decisions about repairs, priorities, and safety. Ongoing: Keeping production moving, surfacing recurring problems before they become failures, and contributing to a team that measures itself on uptime and precision.
