Core Responsibilities Collaborate with machine operators to set up, run, and oversee manufacturing machinery. Identify product flaws early to help the team maintain high quality standards. Support efficient operations by managing inventory and organizing necessary production supplies. Contribute to a safer workplace by keeping the area tidy and performing routine equipment maintenance. Ensure continuous production flow by providing coverage for colleagues during their breaks. Expand your professional capabilities by training on a variety of equipment and production tasks. Review production schedules to help the team minimize downtime and maintain consistent output. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all safety protocols and quality guidelines. Partner with supervisors and peers to ensure the team hits its daily production targets. Complete additional tasks as requested by management. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is preferred for this position. Prior background in production or manufacturing settings is beneficial but not mandatory. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality through meticulous attention to detail. Thrive in a high-speed manufacturing setting. Show a proactive attitude toward skill development and working across various departments. Communicate effectively and work well within a collaborative team structure. Maintain a strong work ethic and consistent, reliable attendance. Candidates must successfully pass a physical exam and a pre-employment hair follicle drug test. Physical Requirements Maintain the ability to stand and walk for long durations. Regularly lift, push, or pull loads weighing up to 50 pounds. Perform repetitive physical movements including bending, reaching, and stooping throughout your shift.
